Group Strength Training MWF
Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 6am & 5:30pm
$25 drop-in | $160 monthly membership*We work together to progressively increase strength, supporting each other as we move through each class.
This class is programmed to help participants increase their strength by focusing on max effort and dynamic movement.
*Monthly membership includes twelve classes per month plus access to daily programming and 15% off of private 1:1 personal training.

This class is programmed to help participants increase their strength by focusing on max effort and dynamic movement.
*Includes unlimited access to Group Strength, Group Conditioning, and Yoga. This subscription also gives you 15% off 1:1 personal training sessions (individual sessions) and access to daily programming.

Women's Group Strength Training MWF

In this women’s only class, we work together to progressively increase strength, supporting each other as we move through each class.
This class is programmed to help participants increase their strength by focusing on max effort and dynamic movement.
*Monthly membership includes twelve classes per month plus access to daily programming and 15% off of private 1:1 personal training.

Womens Conditioning Class
Saturdays @ 9am
$15 per class | $55 Monthly Membership*Women’s Conditioning is a group training that focuses on conditioning. This would be more of a introductory training for those who are interested in taking it to next level with strength training. This class allows women from all levels of fitness to be successful
*Includes four classes per month (Saturday only) and access to daily programming.

Daily programming delivered directly to your inbox. This is the programming used in our group strength training that you can use on your own.

Personal Training
Custom Schedule
$75 per session | 5 sessions $360 | 10 sessions $700 |Women work one-on-one with Toni and get a customized plan that will help you meet your goals.

Yoga
Thursdays @6:30pm
$15 per classRestorative yoga that focuses on deep stretches and relaxation, no experience necessary. All levels welcome.

Special Athletes Program
Tuesdays & Thursdays @5:30pm
$35 per class | $250 Monthly Membership*This class allows individuals from all levels of fitness to be successful.
*Includes eight classes per month, 15% discount on 1:1 personal training sessions, access to daily programming.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment for all classes and sessions is due in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $12 cancellation fee and loss of the session.
